 Tessa Dance lifeThe moment that Tessa started dancing she felt alive.   In the beginning it was just having fun in the living room with mum and Ballet, later on when she turned 14, she was introduced to Ballroom dancing and she was loving it. When she was 18 she heard music coming out of one of the rooms of the dance school, it was Salsa and she was curious about the up beat music and the nice looking dancers. So she started following classes and was soon hooked to the energetic dance. Salsa was soon her number one dance and she stopt Ballroom at the age of 19.  On one of the Salsa schools she saw a Zouk demo and workshop and felt that this was it this is the dance! Soon she started classes and never stopt dancing Zouk ever sinds. The beautiful moves the connection with your partner the wonderful and romantic music. Sadly the classes from Zouklovers stopt in her home town and she did not want to stop following Zouk lessons so she went to Amsterdam to continue her lessons with Zouklovers. Tessa also followed a few classes by other teachers and dance schools but the Zouklovers method was the one for her so after a few experiences she stayed with Zouklovers.A few years back she started helping and later assisting in the lessons and soon became a member of the Zouklovers family. When she got he opportunity to teach she grabbed it with both hands. Zouk has been her passion for eight years and zouk still is her number one passion. She hope is to grow as a dancer, assistant and teacher. Dancing makes you feel alive and free and that is what she wants to share with the people around her. Tessa hope is to inspire the people she meets to start dancing with hart, body and soul. Count you re blessings! Tessa |
